1. Products and Personalisation

We offer faith-inspired gifts, personalised products, frames, apparel, accessories and digital products. Personalised products are produced using the information, names, photos, text or other content supplied by the customer. Customers are responsible for checking all spelling, names, dates, Bible references and other personalisation details before submitting an order.

2. Orders and Acceptance

An order is considered submitted when the order information and payment, where required, have been successfully received. We may contact you if clarification is required or if an item cannot be fulfilled. For personalised products, production may begin after the order is confirmed.

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. Product prices, offers and availability may change without prior notice. The price applicable to an order is the price displayed at checkout when the order is placed. Applicable taxes and shipping charges, if any, will be shown during checkout.

4. Personalised and Custom Orders

Because personalised and custom products are created specifically for the customer, they may not be eligible for cancellation, return or exchange for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect personalisation supplied by the customer, or preference after production has started, except where required by applicable law or where the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied by us.

5. Customer-Supplied Content

You confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use any photographs, names, logos, artwork, text or other material submitted for an order. You must not submit content that infringes another person’s rights or violates applicable law.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are dispatched according to the processing timelines stated in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are indicative and can vary by destination, courier service, weather, public holidays, service disruptions and other circumstances outside our reasonable control. Tracking information may be provided after dispatch.

7. Returns, Refunds and Replacements

Returns, refunds and replacements are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy. Customers should inspect delivered products promptly and contact us within the applicable period if an item is damaged, defective, incorrect or otherwise eligible for a remedy.

8. Digital Products

Digital products are supplied electronically. Because digital products can be accessed or downloaded immediately after delivery, refunds or cancellations may be restricted once access or download has been provided, except where required by applicable law or where the digital product is materially defective.
